Mina is a somewhat ditsy blond who has been a Sailor Scout long before the other girls even knew what that was. Artemis, another talking cat, found Mina before Luna found any of the other girls. Artemis and Mina lived in another area and Mina went by the name "Sailor V" fighting all sorts of crime. When they found out about the other four girls Artemis re-united Sailor Venus with the Sailor Scouts, and they became the Inner Senshi. |
